Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and claim the return, and we will collect your return from the delivered address.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return.


Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition
    (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, Price tag intact, product serial tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below within ten days from the date of receiving the parcel to arrange a refund or exchange.
